The entrance to a favorite restaurant on Parker St. in Gardner caught my eye one summer day. I combined many layers of thick gel glazes to create this painting with attention to the "Open" sign in the window and the reflection of buildings on Parker Street. The impasto flowers seem to pop off the canvas. I like the texture in this piece.
